As the Libertyville festival kicks off, there will be Cigars, Wine, Beer and Food at this festivle. Moreover with the delicious food, 350 varieties of fine wine and fine cigar deals, there will be live music to soothe your ears. This year this festival enters into its fourth year. Again, there will be a Raffle draw this year and the proceeds will go to various charities.
There is something for everyone at this popular Libertyville festival. The 4th annual North Shore Beer, Wine, Cigar, and Food Festival has over 350 fine wines, 150 craft beers and fine cigars for you to sample while listening to live music. Local restaurants will have delicious food to satisfy your hunger. New this year, they are giving away cash to the fortunate ticket holders of the Libertyville Sunrise Rotary Raffle. The cigars can be acquired at best cigar prices from this festival.
The festival will be held on the Brainerd Field located at 416 W. Park Ave. in Libertyville from 4-8 p. m. on Saturday, August 24th. Tickets are $30 in advance and $40 at the gate. Each ticket includes 10 tastes and a souvenir glass. New this year, a VIP tasting hour is offered from 3-4 p.m. for serious wine and beer buyers. Advance tickets can be purchased at Libertyville Village Hall, Sandi's Florist, Mickey Finn's, Wine & Spirit Warehouse, and Neumann's Cigars. You can try the various cigar sampler in this festival.
The Libertyville Sunrise Rotary Club will draw 21 winning tickets from their cash raffle during the festival. Over $30,000 worth of prize money will be raffled with a Grand Prize of $15,000. Tickets are $25 each or $100 for five. The proceeds from the raffle will benefit local, regional and international charities as well as the Save Brainerd Foundation. A $50 combination ticket including entry to the festival and one raffle ticket is available through advance sales.
